Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@apexsports.online with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
